Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | A strain sensing system which can measure distributed strain in fiber Bragg grating (FBG) attracts the attention, recently. An Optical Frequency Domain Reflectometry (OFDR) using FBG is one of the most promising distributed strain measurement systems because it can achieve high spatial resolution. In this paper, we demonstrated the polarization maintained OFDR measurement system with all PANDA fiber including FBG, and we realized polarization division multiplexing measurement of FBG utilizing PANDA fiber. |
