Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As an information security technology for wireless communication, a secret key agreement system exploiting ESPAR antenna has been proposed. This paper formulates the mutual secure information (Imac) from the joint binary probability distribution of each bit in keys generated at three terminals. We search the optimal reactance set that maximize Imac. As a simulation result, we find a reactance set that exhibits 30 percent higher Imac than that of the random selected mean. A simulation also shows that the proposed system keeps Imac at a high level even eavesdropped very close to either terminal, while conventional systems seriously degrade in Imac when eavesdropper comes into quarter-wavelength range of the omni-directional terminal.
