| Abstract(in English) | EL elements with SrS:Cu emission layer were prepared by an electron beam deposition method to improve the emission properties of blue electroluminescence (EL) elements. SrS:Cu pellets were used as an evaporant of SrS:Cu films. This work was aimed to investigate the optimal concentration of Cu- emission center. It was found the crystallinity of EL elements was best at the Cu_2S concentration of 0.3mol%. |
