Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Realizing future ubiquitous network society requires developing and evaluating various experimental and avant-garde application prototypes, and making clear the technology challenges. From this point of view, we developed smart spaces including STONE room, Akihabara ubiquitous network testbed, and Komaba research campus laboratory. Sensors and actuators can be easily and freely embedded in these smart spaces. This talk provides a deployment scenario and a roadmap for integrating ubiquitous network technologies and smart space design obtained from our experience.
