Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A two-dimensional (2D) communication system that is a novel technology allows a special flat sheet as a propagation medium for transmission and power signals to provide both data communication and power supply services to devices, which are placed on the sheet. So far, there is no protocol is suitable for the 2D communication system. In this paper, we propose a novelty and feasible protocol with a power supply control method, called an adaptive power supply control protocol, which allows a rechargeable device to charge its own battery corresponding to the battery status despite disturbing the data communication among other devices.
