| Abstract(in English) | In this research, we study issues of the government plan for the Personal Health Information exchange via network. In recent years, Meidcal institutions has deployed information technoly in many fields.. As a result, the health information becomes electronic data. Some citizens demand they should be able to manage their own health information. US, started the service of Personal Health Records. In this system, users have portal site and gather their health information in this site. Now in Japan, government is pushing forward a same kind of service, which is tentatively called electronic post-office box. In this study, we research this policy and discuss the issues on this electronic post-office box. Finally, we propose solutions we believe best. |
