| Abstract(in English) | There are the articles to limit the rights of copyrights in Japanese Copyright articles(From section 30 to 50). But recently, Surrounding using copyright products changes rapidly, for example using in computer, using on network. I think there are some limits in this case. If Japanese Copyright act are read carefully, there are some disadvantages to use copyrights. On the other hand, the border of Parody is not clear in Japanese cases because of them. In this paper, It is considered that "fare-use" a rule of American Copyright law and innovation "fare-use" in Japanese Copyright law. |
