Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Molecular packing and orientation with respect to a substrate and/or electrodes are key factors that affect the electrical properties of organic thin-film devices. Detailed investigations on molecular packing and orientation both in bulk and in thin-films have been carried out to optimize the performance of thin-film devices based on organic semiconductors.
