Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) These days, people's awareness of information displays that cater for the widest range of abilities has been rising. Therefore, text and sign language displays are being increasingly used side by side. In this study, we focused on emergency messages, which we want to read and understand easily and quickly in emergency situation. And, from standpoints of the readout time, the subjective evaluation, and the direction of the gaze when they were reading the message, we investigate the impact on the read of the message when people with hearing-impaired read the message displayed in the form of sign language and text at the same time.
