| Abstract(in English) | The natural damages happens frequently recently. In general, disaster information is transmitted by mass-media such as TV and radios. However, only a part of information with news is reported in the report such as TV, the victim doesn't obtain information necessary for life easily. Therefore, informational sharing system among victims who can share necessary disaster information for the victim is requested. We have developed information sharing system using the cellular phone with high mobility in a disaster. It has aimed victim's sending, and sharing information promptly and accurately. In this paper, we adopted the menu selecting type as a technique for doing the information input more easily and, evaluated the effectiveness by the easiness of the information contribution. |
