| 抄録(和) | 逐次学習を行うクラス分類器にとって学習対象の変化に対応する能力は実問題を扱う上で必要不可欠であり,特に突然かつ重大な変化が発生した場合には変化を高速に検出して対応する必要がある.そこで,本研究では様々な変化に対応可能な人間の変化検出法に着目し,分類に対する確信度を基にした変化検出法を提案した.計算機実験によって,提案手法は従来の時間窓を用いる手法に比べて突然かつ重大な変化を高速に検出できることを示した. |
| 抄録(英) | The ability to adapt to various types of changes is essential for the online classifier in order to deal with real-world problems. In the case where sudden and significant changes arise, we need to detect and respond to them quickly. So we focused on human that is able to respond to various types of changes and we proposed a model of change detection based on human confidence in their classification. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed model was able to respond to sudden and significant changes more quickly and accurately than the conventional detection method that used a time window. |
