Abstract(in English) It is required to clarify the key success factors of information system development due to the tacit and unshared skills of project managers. In order to measure and improve the actual condition of a development project scientifically, this paper reports our development of a project monitoring environment, which analyzes and integrates various logs and metrics provided by OSS tools. The environment enables us to monitor the situation and the status of a project. We applied our environment in an actual software development project and reports the result of measurement data.
