Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is considered to be important to improve the cell-edge throughput in next generation mobile communication systems. Frequency reuses such as 3-cell reuse or fractional frequency reuse are considered to be suitable candidates to achieve the goal. Beyond them, the multi-link transmission can be more useful for the goal by receiving signals from both adjacent base stations on different sub-carriers, considering the characteristics of the frequency reuses. However, considering the difference in frequency offsets between the adjacent base stations, interference between the signals from the base stations occurs due to the collapse of orthogonality. This paper proposes a novel interference canceller to solve this problem and clarifies its performance through theoretical analysis and computer simulations.
