| 抄録(和) | 高次脳機能障碍者のパソコン操作支援のケーススタディとして,半側空間無視および注意障碍を持つ障碍者に,ソフトウェアキーボードを用いた文字入力の練習を行った.文字入力が正しく行えない原因として,入力内容の確定し忘れ,確認を行っても軽く読み飛ばすため間違いに気付かない事が分かっている.間違い探しにおいては背景を縦しま模様にすると上下の正解率は向上した.また,上下より左右での間違い探しが困難という事がわかった.文節変換訓練を行うと,間違い探し訓練の効果もあり正しく入力できた割合が向上したが,2列の入力では注意障碍の半側無視により左下側の未入力があり,確認しても未入力に気付かなかった.しかし半側無視の影響を除けば文節変換訓練の効果があった文章修正では,紙面上では適切に字句を修正できるが,パソコン画面上では文字入力に必要なIカーソルの移動した位置が適切でない事,入力した内容を確定せずに次の入力へ移る事,そして確認の際に軽く読み流して間違いに気付かない事が正しく文章を修正できない原因と考えられる. |
| 抄録(英) | As a case study of PC operation assistance for people with higher brain dysfunction, we have carried out trainings of text entry using software keyboard for a person with the unilateral neglect and the attentional disorder. It had been revealed that the cause of the failure in the text entry training is due to forgetting to make input characters fixed and skipping the wrong characters during confirmation process. In the case of the "pointing out mistakes" process, the correct answer rate is improved for comparing two patterns arranged vertically by adding the vertical stripes into the background. In addition, it is found that the correct answer rate in side by side layout is more difficult than in up and down layout. Through the exercises of kana-kanji cfonversion at the end of segment, the correct input rate is improved by exercises of the the "picking up mistakes" process, in the two columns entry form, while there remains unfilled input form in lower region of the left column due to the unilateral neglect even after the participant confirmed input characters. However, excepting the unilateral neglect, exercises of the segment conversion is effective. In the case of the sentence correction training, the participant can correct appropriately for the text written on a sheet of paper, but can not do that for the text on the screen. This is due to failure in the "I" cursor movement, moving on to the next input field without enterd characters fixed, and skipping the wrong characters during confirmation process. |
