Abstract(in English) UV light with a peak wavelength of 365 nm and FWHM of 10 nm was irradiated from the UV LED to the Jurkat cells. Ratios of apoptosis and necrosis were almost the same as those obtained by the commercially available vacuum bulb based UV irradiation system. To confirm the action of the UV rays toward the skin by using the small animal, irradiation system composed of 5×4 LEDs matrix was developed.
