Abstract(in English) | Recent development in organic transistor technologies, especially, organic semiconductor materials, transistor structure, charge injection, interface phenomena, charge carrier mobility and their physical process have been reviewed. Further, important problems which have to be solved for applications to actual devices in organic electronics, such as long life performance, low working voltage have been described. |
