| 抄録(和) | 論述式試験の大量の答案を効率的かつ安定的に採点することを目的とし,GUI(グラフィカルユーザインタフェース)を含む採点支援システムの開発と評価を行った.本システムでは,人間によって採点された少数のサンプル答案とその採点結果を設問の採点項目別にそれぞれ解析し,得られた特微量と採点結果のペアをSVM (Support Vector Machine)と呼ばれるパターン識別機に学習させることで残りの大多数のテスト答案の評価値を予測する.さらに人間がGUI上で各評価値の確認と編集を行うことにより,答案の最終評価を行う.評価実験より,設問の背景知識がなくても実用に足るだけの安定かつ高精度な自動採点が可能であることが確認できた. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we aimed to grade a large amount of papers of the short essay (statement type) examinations efficiently and stably. We have developed and evaluated the grading support system including GUI (Graphical User Interface). By analyzing sample papers which were graded by human graders according to each item in the questions, and by making the pattern classification machine called SVM (Support Vector Machine) learn the pairs of the features and the results, this system calculates the grades of the exam papers of most remainder. Moreover, graders confirm and compile them, which makes the final evaluation of the exam papers. Evaluation experiments made it clear that our automatic grading method with steadiness and high accuracy enough to be used practically was realized without background knowledge about the question. |
