| 抄録(和) | 近年,企業組織において「ナレッジマネージメント」を目指したシステム開発が行われているが,有効な「知識や経験の継承」には至っていない.また,知識を機械が理解可能な形で表現するためのRDFやオントロジーなどの研究が進められているが,組織の知識共有・継承を目的とした研究は,まだ十分には取り組まれていない.本研究では,組織構成員の経験,組織が有する知識をRDFとオントロジーで表現し,RDFやオントロジーを理解可能なエージェントを作成することによって,組織構成員が有する様々な経験をプロジェクト推進に最大限に活用する方途を提案する.本稿では,プロジェクト推進評価システム全体のモデル構成について述べ,「情報のやりとり」に関する行動に着目して組織構成員の経験をRDF化する方法を提案する. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, the system developments based on "Knowledge management" in the business organizations are being conducted. However, they are not still successful to effectively utilize "Succession of knowledge and the experience". Moreover, the researches on RDF and the ontology, etc. to express understandable knowledge for the machine are advanced. The researches to share and to succeed the knowledge of the organization are not made sufficiently. In this research, we aim to use various experiences that the organization constituent members possess for the project promotion to its maximum, by transforming experience of the organization constituent members, and the knowledge that the organization possesses into RDF and ontology, and making the agent whch understands RDF and ontology. In this paper, at first, we describe the model building of the entire project promotion evaluation system, and propose the method of transforming the experience of the organization constituent members into RDF paying attention to the actions concerning "Information exchange". |
