| 抄録(和) | 現在,結節の画像特徴と臨床・病理学的な特徴及び,術後の再発・死因の関連性を統計的に比較調査し,結節を数量的に体系化する手法の研究が行われている.しかし,必要な研究用データは膨大であり,画像と関連付けた診断情報・画像特徴の解析結果などの画像情報の管理・利用が困難となっている.解決案として,データベースを用いた結節体系化が提案されている.データベースを用いて画像情報を有効に管理・検索・比較することで,効率的な結節体系化が実現できると考える.本稿では,データベースを用いた結節体系化の全体像ついて述べ,その核となる大規模画像データベース及び,GUI上で容易に操作できるユーザインターフェイスの構築について報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | The study of method to schematize nodules quantitatively is advancing by the statistical comparison survey of the relationship between the image features of nodules and clinical pathology features, information of after-operation search such as recurrence, reason of death. But necessary data for the study is huge, so it is difficult to manage and use the image information such as diagnostic information, analysis results of image features related with the image. We are proposing nodule schematization using database as solutions. To manage and search and compare image information efficiently using database make the efficient nodule schematization possible. We describe nodule schematization using database and also describe the construction of large-scale image database as the core and user interface which can be easily operated on GUI. |
