Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When an electrical stimulus is applied to a ventricular myocardial cell, ions move between inside and outside of the cell through ionic channels, and the membrane potential is varied. The Luo-Rudy dynamic model is one of detailed cardiac cell models which describe the temporal variation of cell membrane potential. This model is described by the Hodgkin-Huxley-type equations with 21 variables, and the membrane potential significantly depends on the variations of parameters. In this research, we vary the external stimulus current and the maximum conductances or parameters which play the same role as the maximum conductance, and analyze the global bifuacation structure of the model. Thus, we investigate the drug sensitivity of ionic channels and interactions between ionic channels.
