Moreover, college-going rate increases along with situation which all children can enter any University every year and it is thought that it will keep increasing in the future. The number of students who hope for going on top universities has increased from the influence of job scarcity and recession every year. Thus, each parent has fervor for education to their children in outside the school. Education in the home is paid an attention because it is able to education that fits children. Effective pairing of tutor and educand becomes important subject for tutor dispatch agency. However, the combination patterns become numerous because there are a lot of restrictions in it. It is difficult to find the optimal answer. Such a problem is called constraint satisfaction problem and the research of this problem is active in the agent field.
