Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) On quantum wiretap channels, given is an upper bound to the mutual information between the transmitted confidential message and the leaked data when a quotient code is used. Here, quotient codes generalize ordinary linear codes, and quantum wiretap channels are analogous to classical wiretap channels (Wyner, 1975). The bound is exactly the Holevo bound to mutual information when a quotient code is used on a legitimate channel subject to actions of probabilistic Weyl unitaries.
