| Abstract(in English) | With the rapid spread of the Web in the recent years, the conventional portal sites and the keyword-based search engines are difficult to offer the information that users really want. In this paper, we propose an approach for developing a portal based question-answering system, in which multiple information sources are integrated from the viewpoints of both users and suppliers. Ontologies are used to combine the search and reasoning for Web user information needs. The experimental results on a travel-service portal site show the usefulness of the proposed approach. |
