Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we developed a scenario extraction support system using KeyGraph and Data Crystallization from negotiation log. We used technique of KeyGraph visualizing the relation among words in the data and Data Crystallization visualizing events that was not included in the data. We showed that it was probable to perform the scenario extraction by clustering words which included in the data, corresponding each cluster to each contention in negotiation log and observing the transition of the contention which correspond to the procession of negotiation.
