| 抄録(和) | 近年,様々な公的機関等で障害者や高齢者などの外出や移動を支援するプロジェクトが行われている.しかし,これらのプロジェクトは障害者の中でも視覚障害者を主な支援対象者としていることが多い.一方,視覚障害者以外でも外出や移動に大きな困難を抱えている方もいる.例えば,高次脳機能障害者や認知症者,知的障害者などが挙げられるが,これまであまり考慮されていないのが現状である.以上を背景にして,特に本稿では高次脳機能障害者に焦点を当てて,社会情報インフラの利用状況や利用可能性に関して,障害当事者やご家族,支援専門職(医師,療法士,指導員など)に対してインタビュー調査を行った.その結果,これらのプロジェクトの認知度がかなり低いことが明らかになった一方で,利用可能性が非常に高い方々もいること,多くの高次脳機能障害者が携帯電話の基本機能を利用していることが明らかとなった. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, a result of a survey is reported, with regard to outing of persons with cognitive disabilities. The theme of the survey is whether they could use ICT, such as navigation function of cellular phones. Their interests are also investigated about social infrastructures promoted by several governmental projects. Interviews were conducted with experts on supporting persons with HBD, higher brain dysfunctions, such as medical doctor, speech therapist, vocational trainers and so forth. Another group interview was made with several persons with HBD and their families. The result of the survey showed that many persons with HBD use the call function of cellular phones and can not use the navigation function. It also revealed that a lot of specialists, persons with HBD, and their families were not so interested in these governmental projects. |
