| 抄録(和) | 脳性麻痺児は一般に視知覚障碍を有しており,発達障碍による2次的な異常発達を防ぐための作業療法が行われている.本研究では,視知覚能力の向上を目的として脳性麻痺児に対してコンピュータ画面上に表示する立体図形を用いた訓練を行うとともに,協力者の視知覚能力に関する評価手法も検討した.協力者は2名の中学3年生であり,一人はFIQ50以下,他方は視知覚能力未調査である.また視知覚において矢印や3D画像の平面図を理解している事を確認した.しかし擬似3D空間における奥行きの概念や頭の中で回転を考える事に困難がある事がわかった.模写の実験を行い一人は視覚認知において要素分析と図形の再統合に特に問題がない事を確認し,他方は要素分析において問題がある事を確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | The children with cerebral palsy generally have the visual perceptual disorder and occupational therapy for preventing abnormal development due to the developmental disorder is carried out. In this study, in order to improve the visual perceptual ability of children with cerebral palsy, we have applied training using three-dimensional (3D) figures and considered evaluation method. Two participants in the 2nd of junior high school are involved and one of them has FIQ < 40 while the other is uninvestigated. It is found that they understand the semantics of the arrows and 3D images. It is found, however that they have a difficulty in the idea and comprehension of the rotation and the depth in 3D space. We test evaluate the copying ability for two participants and, we confirmed participant has no problem to analyze the factor and reintegrate the figure. While the other has problem in the analysis process. |
