Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Interference effect of reinforced concrete on the wireless communication of RFID system was evaluated in order to study the usability of RFID technique in concrete quality control system. Received power is decreased with the increase of thickness of concrete as an obstruction, distance between reinforcement and an antenna, and between reinforcement and an IC tag. So, the maximum readable distance was limited to about 250mm from wall surface of a common structured reinforced concrete.
