Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Ubiquitous Sensor Networks(USNs) can collect the time varying information according to the change of environment. Our research focuses on the application to an agricultural support, and presents a centralized energy efficient clustering scheme for collecting data of farm soil. This scheme exploits the non-uniformity of spatial correlation of soil data. We show that the proposed scheme has a higher power-saving performance than a distance-based clustering scheme.
