Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Quality management is very big problem for the manufacturing industry. It is very important for an assembly plant to supervise workers who keep instruction manuals or not. Some of assembly plants introduce a digital picking system which indicates the part to pick for the next step. Generally, most assembly process has steps to confirm quality and work in later processes. However, there is no realistic way to confirm that a worker's motion accords to instruction manuals. As same as workers, most of factory robots are not monitored for the continuous motion, but measured for the productivity. This time, we measured motions of a worker and some robots by a terrestrial magnetism sensor in a practical car assembly plant. As the result of measurements, we can monitor them with high accuracy. We put the requirement of the supervising module in order which adopts terrestrial magnetism sensor, and describe an impact for assembly plants and the manufacturing industry.
