Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The supply voltage of the integrated circuit is lowering because of the increase of power consumption by making to high performance and speed-up. Therefore, POL is used for the DC-DC converter that supplies the electric power to the integrated circuit, and digital PWM(DPWM) control method will be main stream of the control of POL. One of the problem of DPWM is a necessity of a high-speed and expensive A/D converter. In this research, a effectiveness and a validity of proposed a high-speed analog value sensing interface circuit that doesn't use the A/D converter, and showing the control circuit composition and several characteristics.
