Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We studied on the scattering of the critical current for Nb-AlO-Nb Josephson junctions. We have found that hydrogen was incorporated into and desorbed from Nb electrodes during the fabrication process, which changed the critical current density of the junctions. The deviation in the critical current occurs on some specific junctions and the range is 20~30%.
