Abstract(in English) | It is expected that Next Generation Network (NGN) based on technology of IP, and QoS control will be developed in the near future. On the NGN, streaming service of sound and interactive live streaming service are considered. These services can select combination of bandwidth and bitrate. And network condition is not always fixed. So reliable objective quality assessment taking account of these conditions is hoped from the viewpoint of design and management of quality. Then authors propose objective quality assessment which can take account of bandwidth, bitrate, and packet loss. |
