Abstract(in English) Recently, the medical informatics system using the Internet to have aimed at a continuous diagnosis and treatment and life healthy information management, etc. over an improvement and two or more facilities of the quality of medical care is researched. In the medical informatics system using the Internet, this research proposes the technology that doesn't ruin convenience making user's self-control prefecture observed. User's privacy policy and the privacy policy of the medical institution are made to be negotiated dynamically, and disclosed information and grain degree are changed. As a result, information disclosure that reflects user's intention becomes possible.
