| Abstract(in English) | It is necessary to develop Web accessibility evaluation methodology that keeps objectivity and repeatability. However, it has been recognized that there are restrictions on existing check tools for Web accessibility. To clarify their capability and limitation, we developed test suites and test three major check tools. The result shows that they report only about fifty percent of problems. Especially, color and contrast problems in style sheets, and problems that can be detected only in contents and context such as alt-text are rarely reported. I would like to discuss that how we can improve accessibility evaluation in this article. |
