Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A filtered-x algorithm has an issue that it can lead to an instability of an ANC system because of an error between the true and estimation parameters of the secondary path in the system to be generated by a change or an uncertainty or its path. The leaky RLS algorithm which introduces the leakage factor as one of the techniques of improving the numerical instability under finite-precision arithmetic for the ill-conditioned input signal is proposed. In this report, the stochastic analysis of the leaky filtered-x RLS (LFXRLS) algorithm is discussed in situations where the secondary path is imperfectly estimated. In addition, an effectiveness of the LFXRLS algorithm is examined through simulations on a computer.
