Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a alteration detection method based on selection of embedded position using smear transform. The diffusion coefficient of smear transform is used as key information. Therefore, it is difficult for third party to specify watermarked information. Watermark information is embedded by dividing each block image vertically in the horizontal or each row in each column. The alteration position can be detected by judging the presence of watermark information on overlapping area in the block horizontally divided and the block divided into the vertical direction. We performed test, which show to be able to specify an accurate alteration position for the alteration of copy & paste.
