Abstract(in English) Large Aeff HFs and high FOM DCFs which can compensate dispersion of the HF over O, E, S, C and L-Band simultaneously were designed and fabricated. Dispersion of +/-2ps/nm/km was achieved over 300nm while suppressing residual dispersion of +/-0.15ps/nm/km over C-band after the compensation.
