High Speed Optical Output Power Control Technique of 3D-MEMS Optical Switch

Abstract(in English) The control operation that decreases the switch operation times is indispensable to 3D-MEMS optical switch for output control. In this report, we devised two type output control techniques for 3D-MEMS optical switch. One, we explain the switch control method that synchronized two mirrors. Two, we explain the switch control method that use Bi-directional monitor lights. We showed the effectiveness experimentally.
