Abstract(in English) | New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) started the new project of the next generation high-efficiency network device technologies from 2007. We introduce the latest trend of high-speed input/output (I/O) interface technology which is a one of subjects of them. The development of high-speed I/O technology contributes to lower power and lower cost system in optical communication network. In this paper, we discuss the latest trends of IC process and circuit design technique, key technology toward to higher-speed operation and future problem. |
