Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The present paper proposes an algorithm for extracting highlight scenes of sport broadcasts using sport news programs. In order to extract the highlight scenes in sport broadcasts without fail, we extract highlight scenes of sport broadcasts by identifying the same or similar sections between the sport broadcasts and the news program dealing with sport broadcast. To extract the same or similar sections between two video programs efficiently, we develop the two-step method combining Relay-CDP and Active-search. We evaluated the method from viewpoint of extractation accuracy and computation time by using actually broadcasted data.
