Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We studied how to determine the Some Sensation Section (SSS) in which audiences receive the effect of visual induced motion sickness, using both autonomic nervous activity (ANA) related indices and subjective indices. Subjects viewed shaky video image 5 times, and answered a questionnaire before and after the experiment. Measured data were RR Interval, blood pressure, respiration, and subjective button press event. Changing the thresholds in several combinations of ANA-related indices, we calculated the correlation between estimated SSS and subjective button press event in the time-distribution. The results showed that there were appropriate combinations and thresholds to determine the SSS, and evaluation of ANA was useful to interpreting the visual induced motion sickness objectively.
