Abstract(in English) NTT has proposed "Hyper-Multipoint data gathering satellite communication systems" as the sensor network system taking into account the characteristics of disaster-resistant, wide-area coverage and portability of satellite communication network. In this system, a high precision and stable transmission frequency control technique that enables gapless FDMA channel allocations is indispensable in each observation earth station. This paper proposes a novel technique, which can generate high precision and stable frequency though a conventional oscillator for observation earth stations. We have developed prototype observation earth station applying this frequency control technique. As the results of experimental evaluation, we confirmed that the proposed technique is applicable for the observation-earth-station in the "Hyper-Multipoint data gathering satellite communication systems".
