| 抄録(和) | 鉄道信号装置について、アベイラビリティを観点とした評価手法を検討している。本論文では、システムの構成要素となる各機器の停止時間を観点に各機器個別に対策を導入した時のシステム全体としての効果の算出を目指す評価手法を述べるとともに、現行システムの障害データにもとづく解析結果を示す。また、ケーススタディとして、本手法を適用して新しく設備を設けた場合における停止時間ならびに運休本数を過去の実績に基づき算出するとともに、障害発生時の影響人数を算出する。 |
| 抄録(英) | We are under a study of evaluation methods based on availability for railway signalling systems. In this paper, we describe an evaluation method to calculate the effectiveness of measures considering the entire system to improve the availability based on the restarting time for railway signalling systems, and calculate these values from recorded failure problem sheets of current equipment. Moreover as a case study using the proposing methods, we show the expected restarting time, the number of canceled trains and the number of affected passengers, when equipment is installed in a new station. |
