Abstract(in English) | It is important to broadcast earthquake information by Japanese sign language in the television. We thought the data capacity of the Japanese sign language animation and the digital broadcasting were compared. The Japanese sign language image and the animation of earthquake information was made by using the computer graphics in this research. And, the made sign language image data capacity and transmission rate were compared. |
