Abstract(in English) The authors consider what should be prepared now to enable the future consolidation of the fixed IP network and the mobile IP network. This report discusses connection control for establishing communications between terminals (establishing and releasing of session) that is carried out via liaison servers installed in both the fixed IP network and the mobile IP network, and discusses an IP broadcast network that is build on IP-VPN.
