Abstract(in English) Recently, due to the great popularization of the Internet, the traffic has increased exponentially. So that Optical Burst Switching attracts attention from the viewpoint which has high speed and large-capacity communication. Optical Burst switching has good bandwidth efficiency and can remove a bottleneck of O/E/O conversion. But the burst contention is critical problem in Optical Burst switching. In order to resolve the burst contention and be realized QoS support, we propose new flow-rate control methods based on leaky bucket algorithm, i.e. Separate Leaky Bucket Deflection, and Dynamic Leaky Bucket Deflection.
