Abstract(in English) | It is important to realize a high loaded Q for a low phase noise oscillator. We have studied a reflection type zeroth-order resonator as one of the high loaded Q resonators, and already have reported measurement results of an oscillator with the reflection type zeroth-order resonator. However, there is problem that the expected higher loaded Q is not achieved by increasing number of stages. As a result of considerations, the reason will be effect of coupling of each stage. Therefore, this paper proposes the zeroth-order resonator that parts of each stage are connected, and shows measurement results. Theory and measurement results of the loaded Q agreed and the expected higher loaded Q was achieved. |
