| 抄録(和) | 本論文は,企業の存在目的としての「社会に利便性を提供して利益を上げ,もって社会の公器たること」に焦点を当て,産学連携の目的として,"企業の利益"を中心にすえることを提起している.現在行われている産学連携の中では,大学の多くの研究者において,"その技術が適用される市場規模"や"企業から見たビジネスの魅力"に立脚して研究テーマを設定するという観点は薄いのかもしれない.この観点で研究テーマが設定されないと,大学ではいくら研究しても,その成果が企業ですぐに十分な利益を生まないことになり,「大学の開発成果がなかなか企業に移転されにくい」という可能性が高くなる.本論文では,"技術開発"中心ではなく,"売り方の開発"という新しい概念に基づいて,"研究開発のアウトプットである新技術の換金性"を考えるべきことを提起している.また,"研究シーズとなる新技術のビジネス性に対する市場研究"を実施し,その成果である"ビジネスモデル"と"新技術の開発結果"をセットで企業に提供するという"ビジネス提案型"での産学連携について提案している.さらには,企業側で必要となる人材像を先取りした,大学教育のあり方についても言及している. |
| 抄録(英) | The existence purposes of the enterprise are the following three points. (1) The enterprise offers the society convenience. (2) enterprise turns out profit. (3) enterprise is a public institution in the society. The focus is applied to the existence purpose of this enterprise in this paper. I have placed mainly "Profit of the enterprise" as a purpose of the collaboration with industries and universities. A lot of researchers at the university are not doing the research based on to "Market scale to which my technology is applied" and "Charm of the business". Therefore, researcher's fruit of research doesn't often produce a profit. I propose "A new technology should be made a business" based on the concept "The sales policy's development". The method of the collaboration with industries and universities, is that the university should offer the fruit of research of the university in the form of "Business model and new technology" to corporate. I propose the collaboration with industries and universities in "Business proposal type". Moreover, I describe the method of the academic education of taking the talent image needed in the enterprise in advance. |
