Abstract(in English) For DWDM systems, low-cost and wavelength tunable optical sources are required. In this paper, the laser polysilane waveguide tunable external resonator was observed in 1583-1593nm. The temperature dependence of the wavelength modification was clarified by changing the temperature of the waveguide. The wavelength shift due to resonator temperature was measured as -0.13nm/℃ in the range from 30 to 90℃.
