Turbo Decoding for Serially-Concatenated Low-Density Generator Matrix (SCLDGM) Codes

Abstract(in English) Serially-Concatenated LDGM (SCLDGM) codes are attracting attention with very low encoding complexity and low error-floors. However, two-phase (inner and outer) decoder complicates the implementation and increases the decoding time. In this report, we propose a new decoding method for SCLDGM codes, which has turbo structure between inner and outer decoder and reduces required the decoding time. This new decoder practically needs only additional memory for implementation.
